Terms & Isolated WASM Architecture
By using Zaeyon tools, you benefit from client-side isolated WebAssembly processing.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Zaeyon (accessible via https://zaeyon.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our services.
2. Description of Service
Zaeyon provides web-based client-side utility applications (PDF tools, image processing, video tools, developer formatters, calculators) executing locally inside your web browser via WebAssembly (WASM). All services are provided "AS IS" for personal, educational, and professional productivity purposes.
3. User Obligations and Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Zaeyon tools for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to:
- Processing illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or malicious content.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with application assets for malicious purposes.
- Interfering with or circumventing any security features on the platform.
4. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
Zaeyon tools operate locally on your system. While we test all tools thoroughly, we make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free conversion, or complete accuracy of data outputs. You acknowledge that you perform file operations at your own risk.
5. Intellectual Property
All original branding, user interface code, logos, and custom algorithms are the property of Manikandan G and Zaeyon. Your processed files and documents remain 100% your exclusive property.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
